What we collect
When you sign up via the email form on seaway.io, we collect your email address, your IP address, the user agent of your browser, and the referring URL (if any). If you optionally provide your first name or company, we store those too.
How we use it
We use your email to send you the sample submittal log immediately, and to notify you when Seaway launches. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. We do not use your data to train any AI model.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in Supabase (US-region Postgres, encrypted at rest) and in Resend (our email service provider). Both are SOC 2 compliant.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not set cookies or track you across sites. We see aggregate stats only — pageviews, source, geography at the country level.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@seaway.io with the subject "Delete me." We will delete your record from our database within 14 days.
